manage the reduction of the LCC (Life Cycle Cost), structured with the following modules:
OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) to calculate and manage equipment downtimes aggregated by root causes in order to determinate the efficency level of the production equipments
EWO (Emergency Work Order) to manage the maintenance calls (ticket opening, ticket closing and intervention report)
EEM (Early Equipment Management) to reduce the LCC by optimizing the management of realization times and costs and supporting the effective selection of solution and supplier accordingly to the needs and the constraints
EPM (Early Product Management) to reduce the LCC by optimizing the management of the launch in production of new products by designing manufacturing systems and processes easily maintained and inspected
ANALYTICS to manage flexible dashboards that always keep in control the major production and logistic processes KPIs and to support the decision process of corrective actions, mandatory for the continuous improvement
