Pursuant to the article 7 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30 June 2003:
1. The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. The data subject shall have the right to be informed of:
a) the source of the personal data;
b) the purposes and modalities of the processing;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the name and address (or company's name and address) of the owner and manager of the legal treatment, pursuant the article 5 subsection 2;
e) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents;
3. The data subject shall have the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested therein, integration of the data;
b) the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data has been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except where such compliance is impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The data subject shall have the right to object in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data, concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
